What is your return policy?

Luxe Libations will accept returns within 30 days of delivery only in the event of damage. Federal and state law prohibits the privilege of return of the purchase of alcohol.

If you receive your order and they find any of the items damaged, we will resend your order, inventory permitting or provide a full refund. Luxe Libations may request you ship the damaged kit back by providing a return label or call tag.

Where does Luxe Libations deliver?

How can I track my box once I’ve placed my order?

When your order has been processed you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can track your order.

Does my box have to be signed for?

Absolutely. Every box contains alcohol and requires an adult signature upon delivery.
